All products purchased from our website may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

Return shipping and any incurred duty charges will be the responsibility of the customer when returning products to Flower Mill for a refund

You will be required to clean your product before mailing

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first

Refunds and replacements are issued once received and inspected

Damage from shipping as well as manufacturing defects are covered

Upon approval of the refund, you will be credited for your returned product, excluding shipping costs.
